- God - I've been blessed throughout my life in so many ways. I praise and thank God!! Reaching Heaven is the ultimate goal but in the meantime I'd like to show God I'm thankful by praise and thankful giving of time and talents.
- Family - I hope to spend more time with my family, especially my grandchildren. I don't want to be a full-time baby sitter however, I'd love to watch kids so parents can have date nights. Also visit and help out more regularly. I hope to spend more time with my sisters. I've been blessed with five sisters and one best friend/cousin/who is like a sister. In addition I have a few very close friends.
- Travel - I love to travel. Camping out west is one of my favorite things to do with my husband. We've been to Europe twice over the years and would also like to see more areas but the USA still has a lot to offer us. We'll be limited to the amount of travel until he joins the ranks of retirement. It may be a few years before he's ready.
- Church Life - I'll have more time to devote to helping with funerals, bible study (Adult Sunday School), and food bank. These will be high priority for me.
- Community - I've decided after 20 years of teaching high school business/computer classes I'm up for a change. I love young children so I've hooked up with a 4th grade teacher to help two hours a day a few days a week helping struggling readers. I'm excited about where this will take me.

New Phase Begins
In just two days I'll be entering a new phase in my life, retirement. After advice from several retirees I've decided to create a list of goals. Overall, things that are important to me include God, Family, Travel, Church life, and giving to community.
